Your Facilitator

Jigna is a mindfulness facilitator and space holder who guides people back to themselves through grounded, compassionate practices. Her work weaves together mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and reflective inquiry to support deeper self-connection, emotional clarity, and inner steadiness.
She creates spaces that are gentle, real, and deeply human, especially for those who have spent a long time caring for others, carrying a lot, or living in constant motion.
What you’re looking for might not be more doing, but a moment to pause.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily. All practices will be gentle and accessible.
